Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this Return Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies these statutory rights.
Digital Product Returns
All products sold by Xomtyraxkhun are digital printable wall art files delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept traditional returns once the download link has been accessed. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns about your purchase.
Eligibility for Refund
We will consider a refund request in the following circumstances:
- You received a corrupted or damaged file that cannot be opened or printed properly
- The downloaded file does not match the description or preview shown on xomtyraxkhun.world
- You were charged multiple times for the same printable art purchase due to a technical error
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your download link
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with the following information:
- Your full name and the email address used for the purchase
- The order number or transaction reference
- A description of the issue you experienced with the digital art file
- Screenshots or other evidence of the problem if applicable
Send your request to business@xomtyraxkhun.world and we will review your case within 3 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations (note: these do not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law for major failures or goods that fail to meet consumer guarantees):
- Change of mind after downloading the printable art file
- Dissatisfaction with print results caused by your printer, paper choice, or print settings
- Inability to print due to incompatible hardware or software on your end
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date (for non-major failures)
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued by Xomtyraxkhun.
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a particular design, we may offer an exchange for a different printable art file of equal value from our collections on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss exchange options before requesting a refund.
